The date of submission of sketch design proposals for the first competition round is 10 May 2023. We would like to inform you that the qualification requirements place no restrictions on the participation in the 1st competition round of the RIGA PHILHARMONIC. The qualification requirements set out in the Competition Brief apply to the team of applicants in the 2nd competition round.
