By responding to the invitation of "Tērbatas dārzs" Ltd. to apply for participation in the open international architectural design competition DEVELOPMENT OF THE CITY QUARTER "TĒRBATAS DĀRZS" in Riga with invited participants, we would like to inform you that 26 applications have been received. To properly evaluate the submitted applications and to invite for the 2nd round of the competition three interested parties to design the architectural form of the facades of buildings in Zone A and three interested parties to design the architectural form of facades of buildings in Zone B, "Tērbatas dārzs" Ltd. extends the evaluation of applications until August 12, 2024.
The 2nd round of the competition is scheduled to take place from August 26 to November 25, 2024.
