The project was developed in close collaboration with the client, transforming a clear vision into functional, minimalist architecture that respects both the environment and the rhythm of everyday life. The house is closed off from the street but opens generously toward the courtyard, creating privacy and a strong connection with the garden. The terrace is tucked beneath a distinctive cantilevered roof and complemented by an outdoor fireplace—perfect for cozy evenings.The building’s clean,sculptural form, individually patterned cladding, and generous glazing create a calm, harmonious presence.
