The XIII cocktail bar has been created with the intention of introducing the world’s cocktail bar traditions to Riga and fashioning a place to enjoy them. The interior utilises brass and amber glass lamps created by a Latvian designer in the 1980s, as well as original 1960s chairs brought from Berlin. The designers conceived the bar counter with brass ornamentation and a Macassar wood surface, as well as a mirrored bar cabinet. Black, white and gold have been chosen as the dominant interior colours.
