The volume and finish of the new building is based on the principle of including the building in the context of the surrounding buildings, respecting the historical environment, but at the same time emphasizing the features of the modern construction period of the building in the details. The angle of the street intersections creates a characteristic break in the facade, while the finish emphasizes the tone of the clay tiles. The building has apartments, as well as a clinic with an entrance directly from the street. The courtyard landscaping connects the adjacent block of buildings.
