“Novira Plaza” office and commercial complex is located in the center of Riga. The buildings form a completed perimeter block development. As the complex is situated at one of the busiest intersections in Riga, a spacious two-story passage has been created in the triangular zone of the intersection for pedestrian convenience. The architectural concept of the complex is a composition of contrasting yet complementary building volumes, with façades featuring white fiber concrete panels, terracotta bricks, light stone slabs, and dark gray tiles.
