The exhibition focuses on the architecture and graphic design. The concept creates a spatial dialogue between the modernist architects Aleksandrs Klinklāvs in Riga, Oto R. Zalvisbergs in Basel, and the work of Roche’s graphic design department in the 20th century, combining archival materials, photographs, and design samples, revealing how care, functionality, and aesthetics are transformed into space and visual communication. The exhibition invites us to reflect on how values become spatial, how to archive and perceive them, and how we can learn from good historical examples.
