The building has a one-story circle and sector size with a slanted roof and decorative wooden finish. Room planning - a circle housing is designed for a day-care centre for adults with mental health disorders - working spaces are twinning around the hallway, while technical spaces are grouped in the center of the building. Extension of the separate segment to the rehabilitation centre for children. Each center has its own entrance, but the two are connected through the common event hall. For accessibility, the whole building is constructed without steps, all connections by low-slope panlies.
