The farm yard is part of a wider vision for the Dūrmuiža farm, which was formulated over the course of 2 years, hand in hand with the client, respecting the history and natural values of the place - the picturesque landscape with ponds, high-value meadows and living nature. Several functions are combined in the farm yard: a horse shed, a chicken coop, a hay shed and a workshop with a suit. All buildings share a common form language: a modern volume with a gable roof without overhangs. The buildings are made of wooden structure; materials obtained from the territory are also widely used.
