During the designing process of the shop, adjustment of the outline and interior design of the structure to modern trends was performed – a new concept was developed for the shopping centre. A great deal of attention has been paid to improvements of the car park, providing for green zones. They not only improve the visual appeal, but are also functional, as specially selected plants are used in greenery for purification and infiltration of the rainwater of the car park. For the convenience of customers, a pedestrian promenade with outdoor booths and benches has been established to make it.
