Evaluation of the Quality of Municipal Plans and Their Amendments
To improve the quality and legal compliance of the planning process in Latvia, specialists in the field of architecture, in collaboration with legal experts, carried out an evaluation of municipal territorial plans. The project was developed to promote more transparent governance, a professional approach, and the strengthening of inclusive spatial development planning.
