K11E is a contemporary office building providing flexible, pleasant working spaces with special design features for added value, a team effort by all parties involved. The building has been given a rational and flexible floor layout; greenery has been introduced on site and the roofs; existing soviet industrial structural elements retained and exhibited; and newly added building elements have been chosen to represent current industrial standards, with the addition of custom design – glazed facades with a parametric print pattern, profiled pre-cast panels, custom furniture, and others.
