Kalna street 14, Rectory House reconstruction

The rectory, a 200-year-old cultural monument and a landmark in Kuldīga’s old town, has been transformed into a boutique hotel. The reconstruction preserved the building’s historical and cultural value while adapting it to modern needs. Authentic details and structures were restored, traditional roof forms recreated, and historic layers retained in the interior concept. Natural materials, local craftsmanship, carefully selected furnishings, and contemporary hospitality design create an environment that respects Kuldīga’s heritage.
