Mārupes Dārzs
The main concept of the project is to create a landmark in the urban environment of Mārupe - an idea that combines urban space character with a free recreation space. Here is an urban space and peaceful, green space characterized by suburban life as well. The project is based on linearly organized four-story volumes with connecting parts. It creates a building front – defined and active street space. It’s like a framework for three green courtyards in the south - designed for peaceful recreation without parking lots.
