MMA center in Liepaja
In the historic centre of Liepāja, a warehouse building over a century old has been transformed into a Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) centre. Driven by the clients’ passion for the sport and belief in the building’s potential, the project follows a simple principle: if something still serves its purpose, it is worth preserving. Existing structures were restored and complemented with contemporary additions, creating a contrasting industrial interior for sport and community while giving the historic building a second life.
