ORIGO ONE is a multifunctional business and shopping center located on the site of a dismantled central post office building - in the quarter between Satekles, Elizabetes Street and the railway. The new building is connected to the existing shopping center ORIGO on all levels and after its reconstruction both buildings will operate as a single complex. The ORIGO ONE has spacious underground parking, three commercial floors and two Class A office floors. From the 2nd floor there is a direct exit to the railway platforms, but through existing ORIGO shopping mall - connection with the Central Station. The architecture of the building is designed in a contemporary language, using modern materials at the same time respecting its location in the RHC protection zone.
The building has received a BREEAM excelent certificate.
