On historic plots, five-storey apartment buildings are separated by a firewall, their facades are in line with the street frontage. They have concrete piles, block-bearing walls and mezzanine covers, steel and timber roofs, insulated external walls and modern internal finishes. The ground floor consists of auxiliary and shop space. All 2–3 room apartments are with balconies. The facades interpret historical architectural motifs, visual variety is provided by the rhythm of window bays, balconies, finishing materials. At the street corner, eaves, bay windows and balconies form an urban accent.
