The new office building organically fits into the complex urban space between the existing three-story Eclectic style building and the five-story Art Nouveau house with elements of national romanticism, creating a building structure appropriate to the era and urban context, which ensures urban planning quality, rational use of the territory and harmonious integration into the urban fabric.
