Working under a Design & Build contract, SIA TERMOLAT team carried out a full replacement of the wall and roof cladding, restored structural elements damaged over time, and installed modern heating, misting, multifunctional LED lighting, and ventilation systems, all managed by an automated climate control system. A year-round rainwater harvesting system with heated channels has been integrated to supply water for plant irrigation. These technological solutions ensure optimal growing conditions, improve the working environment for staff, and significantly reduce the facility's CO₂ emissions.
