The task of the architect is to create a residential house corresponding to the style of modern architecture, which fits into the specific territory and is located on a plot of land with an area of 2591 m2 between the former Via Baltica highway and the Baltic Sea coast. The building area is 400 m2. It is two-storey individual house with a roof terrace.
