The project makes safe organization of pedestrian flow between TC Spice and Spice Home, creating a wide pedestrian promenade with commercial kiosks and recreation areas. The concept of spice promenade creates a completely new shopping and recreation experience in the territory of TC Spice- outlets arranged alternately with green spaces and opportunities to place outdoor cafes, as well as just sit down in the shade. The construction of the canopy was carried out in CLT wooden structures on concrete foundations, roofing - PVC membrane, thus creating a modern, sustainable space.
