Reconstruction of the Building into a Hotel
Buildings of this scale rarely return to life in Old Riga. Pils Street 13, shaped by a complex history and years of abandonment, has been transformed into a hotel with respect for its Art Nouveau character and the courage to give it a new life. Authentic materials, carefully restored details and contemporary interior accents create an atmosphere where history does not feel heavy — it becomes welcoming, warm and alive.
