The main idea of the buildings at Pārslas Street was to revive the factory’s historical essence while respecting the brick architecture and contrasting it with modern architectural additions. The architecture and the interior create an elegant and representative image of the new building owner’s office. The historical building underwent interior renovations, exposing and showcasing the structure while preserving the historical patina in the new interior. As a result, a harmonious environment for building users and visitors has been created, where historical and modern architecture interact.
