The Community of Thirteen Rental Houses continues the development of the Dzilnupes rental housing village, expanding the first phase with 13 new buildings set within a forest park. The architecture is shaped by inherited reinforced-concrete foundations that were reused, reducing both construction costs and material consumption. Apartments are organized around compact stair cores, while covered terraces and a shared park landscape create a balance between private living and community life.
