The residential building at 4C Strēlnieku Street is located in Riga’s Quiet Centre, within the protection zone of the UNESCO World Heritage Site “Historic Centre of Riga”. The project was developed as part of the Magdelēnas Quarter, adding a contemporary residential building to the historic urban fabric. The seven-storey building accommodates 57 apartments and two commercial spaces. Its architectural concept is based on a contemporary interpretation of the Quiet Centre’s urban character, expressed through clear proportions, restrained detailing, and high-quality materials.
