48 authentic windows and 8 external doors were replaced in the mill building, lighting and wiring were installed. Renovated stairs - 6 steps, renovated ceilings and floors on all five floors. The parking lot and access road have been paved, pedestrian paths with concrete paving stones have been created, lawns have been laid out; a fence has been drawn around the territory and a gate has been installed; for the warm period of the year, benches, tables, a trampoline and parasols are placed outside; are deployed waste bins. A lift has been created for people with mobility impairments.
