Skanstes City Office Quarter Park is a public outdoor space initiative aimed at creating new outdoor opportunities for work and leisure, reducing the share of cars in the inner courtyard of the quarter, within Phase 1 of the 2030 strategy developed by the architectural practice ĒTER. Instead of 70 parking spaces, making the most of the existing trees already growing among them, a green, functional outdoor space with a paved square and a new landmark - three oval pavilions: an amphitheater, work stations and a stage.
