RISEBA International summer school on ephemeral architecture and urban design “FestivaL’and” in cooperation with Valmiera Summer theatre festival has been developing as an experimental urban laboratory. In four years it has become much-anticipated event of the festival program. The participants of the summer school in 2021 developed ideas for temporary interventions in the former boiler house in Valmiera. 'Temporary Museum of Incidences' was conceptual exposition that highlighted elements of the industrial space and invited public to experience formerly inaccessible space.
