Sustainable office building in timber constructions for timber industry company in Vidzeme. The building combines the administrative and catering functions, creating a convenient meeting place for employees and a contemporary accent in the factory complex, visible from driveway. Emphasis on the rational use of resources, implementing universal planning based on the building's structural and climatological system, and possibly using materials of local origin. The linear building volume with overhangs and S—N orientation ensures predictable and controllable building ventilation and room shading.
