The project was implemented as a first step - a prototype for the renovation of typical 103. buildings. The renovation of Upes Street 2A proves - by combining high-quality design, communication and financial skills, it is possible to achieve a result equivalent to modern architecture even when renovating socialist heritage buildings. As a result of the renovation, residents have united in an association, decide together on a daily basis and plan the next steps. From an ownerless Soviet building, it has become a house with an owner, whose residents decide and implement their will.
