The central element of this project, rather than being the building itself, is a chestnut tree growing in the center of the plot. The entire volume of the house takes into account the regulatory distances from plot boundaries, the façade line of neighbouring historical buildings along the street, and most importantly – it organizes the life of the house around the courtyard, in the center of which this tree is preserved as the main focal point.
