The design strategy was based on creating a reflection of the employees on the company, motivating mutual communication, team building and environmental comfort. The solution to the challenge was to develop a design vector, reflecting the centrality of the cult sites and incorporating the company's identity motifs into the design. Use appropriate materials in the required tonality with an emphasis on sustainability. The challenge of balancing budget with aesthetic qualities, utilities, client needs and compliance with the legal background was part of the extensive process.
