As project consists of two separate building, different tonal solutions were made for each of the buildings so they were easily distinguishable in urban environment. Important task of the project was to fix the relationship between the buildings and the city. As the ground floor of the buildings was not visually integrated in the city environment, alterations of the facades were made. Another point of emphasis during reconstruction was the functional connection of both buildings, since historically they were two separate buildings properly merged only during reconstruction.
