Jūrmalas pilsētas dome izsludina atklātu starptautisku metu konkursu, kura priekšmets ir apbūves iecere, kas attēlo kompleksu daudzfunkcionāla dabas tūrisma centra vīziju un meža parka labiekārtojuma ieceri Ķemeros. Tai ir jāietver arhitektoniskie un funkcionālie dabas tūrisma centra risinājumi un teritorijas kopējā ģenerālplāna attīstības priekšlikumi meža parka ainavas izveidei un labiekārtojumam ar izziņas, izklaides, aktīvās un pasīvās atpūtas infrastruktūras elementiem. Metu paredzēts izmantot kā pamatu turpmākā būvprojekta izstrādei.

Jurmala city council announces an open International Architectural Design Competition of “The vision of the multifunctional nature tourism center and the development of the forest park design in Kemeri”
The subject of the Competition is a design (or a construction idea) reflecting the vision of the multifunctional nature tourism center and the development of the forest park design in Kemeri, (further in text – the subject of the Competition). The building concept has to comprise architectural and functional solutions for the Nature and Tourism Center, as well as master plan solutions for the development of the entire territory of the forest park, including educational, entertainment and active and passive holiday infrastructure elements. Design proposal will be used as a basis for elaboration of the construction design.
The total amount of prize money of the Competition is 30 000,00 EUR:
- first place winner – EUR 15 000,00
- second place winner – EUR 9 000,00
- third place winner – EUR 6 000,00
