Office building is part of a wider project: “Renovation of a storage building and a new office building”. The building complex is the business base for construction company 'BUKOTEKS'. Building design and construction is line with the customer's experience in temporary building techniques with a view to create a quality environment for its employees. The building is constructed of prefabricated reinforced concrete elements. Building floors are a half-floor shifted to create a more comfortable relationship between offices. Building interior and furniture are designed by the Briniskigo projektu birojs. Furniture is produced by Latvian company KATE.
