Dental Clinic
The Dental Clinic’s facade utilises 19th century bricks from the building that was demolished to make way for it. The choice of the original brick was dictated by the endeavour to harmoniously integrate the building into its neighbourhood – an inner courtyard in central Riga. A vertical plank finish was used for the upper level. The area immediately surrounding the Dental Clinic is co-owned and subject to mandatory maintenance conditions The designers merely adjusted its appearance to match that of the main building.
