Grand Poet Hotel
All houses are initially built as apartment houses. From year 2000 till the beginning of reconstruction in 2015, the buildings stayed empty and unused. Now the buildings host a design hotel with 168 guest rooms, conference centre, SPA, restaurant, cafe and bar, connecting the culturally significant building volumes and details with contemporary functional and ergonomic solutions.
