Guest house buildings in Jurmala, Gaujas Street 2- 4 was designed as a unified complex in the dune area of Jurmala. Visual image and tonal solution of the buildings are integrated in surrounding landscape. Main building structural elements are designed using prefabricated and cast in place reinforcement concrete elements. Engineering systems are designed decentralized from whole system, witch means that for each space group there is independent gas heating and ventilation (using recovery devices 'Lunos') system. Building energy performance indicator for heating is 58.84 kWh / m2 per year. Total area of building complex is 4072.2 m2.q
