Interior design guidelines for IF P&C Insurance customer service points in the Baltic countries The worn–out service centres of the Finnish insurance company IF have been transformed into a pleasant environment that clearly communicates the values of the company. The interiors feature a warm oak finishing and upholstered furniture in the client’s zone, and functional office classics and built–in shelves on the employees’ side. Spaces for working with clients have been diversified to fit all needs — from a standing desk to a cosy corner for families.
