LINDENHOLMA is a unique residential building project with stage 1 completed.
The aim of the project is to provide a socially responsible solution to the housing issue for a large number of residents (stage 1 saw the completion of 209 of over 660 apartments planned). Achieving this goal means seeking a balance between building density, acquisition and operating costs on the one hand and amenities, privacy, security, sustainability and the environmental context on the other. Instead of focusing on cars, the central focus lies on the garden. The goals of the project have been achieved through standardized solutions and the use of prefabricated construction elements.
