Multi-storey apartment building with commercial premises on the ground floor
The new building is made like modern volume, but the same time it respect the location in historical centre. We tried to not lose the historical charm of surrounding environment. The new building is made in different levels, a bulding part near the Kr.Barona street building is made like 6 floor volume, but near to Stabu street - 5 floor volume, it respect the exiting building height of ledge and roof slope. For building facades we used glass construction and decorative plates.
