Balozu Street in Agenskalns district is characterized by historic wooden apartment buildings and historic wooden private mansions. In working on the project we wanted to maintain the feel of this wooden architecture, but at the same time to build an office building that satisfies all modern requirements. The newly built parts of the building are also built entirely in wood, thus attaining the unique microclimate and feel only a wooden house can have. The exterior of the building is made entirely of wood, combining the historic elements of Agensaklns district with modern, stylized details.
