Office building 'PLACE ELEVEN' Office building “PLACE ELEVEN” is the first building in Latvia to receive a BREEAM sustainable building standard rating “Excellent”. One of the core values of this project was building user comfort but at the same time building maintenance costs had to be kept as low as possible. While keeping building structure simple, effective and clear the visual outlook of the building was made aesthetically appealing and rich in detail. Innovative and effective engineering solutions were used to minimize the impact on environment and to save resources.
