Office building redevelopment - first phase
The building is located in a culturally significant area of the city near the National Library of Latvia. A load-bearing metal arc carrying horizontal blinds will be constructed on the historic two-storey walls of the warehouse resembling a CLOUD that has landed on the roof of the existing structure.
THE IT company VESET has moved into the first floor. The storage room is divided by glass partitions, restored brick walls, economical ceilings of black boards, window bays, poured concrete floors, high-quality lighting, designer furniture, and paintings by leading Latvian contemporary artists.
