The private house in Sunīši, Vecliepiņu Str. 17 is designed based on the cornerstones of our architectural design process - according to the terms of reference the building’s function is perfectly solved, sculptural and laconic shape of the building volumes, which illustrates its contents; the use of modern building materials and technologies, creating a indoor and outdoor interaction. The area of the building is over 600 sqm. The task for us was to create a building volume, that does not leave the image of a massive block, and that fits well into the plot.
