Private house 'Villa Corylus', development 'Mežaparka Rezidences' Villa Corylus is the first building in the new development “Mezaparka Residences”. It is built with a reference to functionalism style. The large glazings visually combines indoor and outdoor spaces, ensuring transparency in the direction of the most valuable views. Horizontal overhang volumes protect the rooms from overheating. The facade decoration uses a heat-treated wood and top-quality decorative plaster. In the interior a special charm is provided by unusual for Latvia solutions of minimalism components: frameless doors, rectified tile tiles, shadow stitches.
