Reconstruction of buildings in 45 Tērbatas Street
Guidelines – to conservate the authentic values and create energy efficient, modern, economically manageble residential buildings. The basic structure and proportions, shape of the roof, facade decorations are maintained. In the building LI – the original layouts, interior decorations, tile stoves, polychrome paintings are maximally maintained. Renovated passage, landscaped courtyard (including arrangemnet of extentions), incorporated lift shafts. The authentic and new elements are separated.
