The buildings built at the end of the 19th c. - beginning of the 20th c. are included in the urban construction monument “Kalnciema ielas koka apbūve”. They are located in the depths of the property, behind trees, and were originally built as residential houses. The street front has been preserved green, and the restoration and renovation works of the 4-apartment and 13-apartment buildings have been carried out in such a way that the “new - old” cannot be read. Each apartment in the complex is completely different in space and details.
