After the building was acquired in 2013, Baltic RE Group carried out extensive renovation and repair works of the whole building, making use of high-quality finishing materials, inter alia rebuilt all floors, and redesigned the facade with wide shopfront windows, restoring their historical appearance. The building has several roof terraces on different floors, with a magnificent view of the Old Town.
