The new Riga Stradins University Student Hostel building in Riga, Dārza Street 5 is designed and built with three floors and one underground floor. It is the most modern student hostel in Latvia. So it is “Smart house”, which incorporates eco-friendly, economical technologies that control the use of heat. It is just 100 meters from the RSU central building, making it easier for students to combine their studies with living. The total area of the building is ~ 5400 square meters, 135 rooms of the hotel service for 220 persons have been created, four are suitable for the disabled. The hotel has rooms for student relaxation and training, but in the basement - auxiliary rooms and a bicycle parking lot, parking for 70 cars, including four electric cars.
